“When we talk about restrictions, we only talk about point to point. For example if you are bringing your family to Tagaytay, or bringing your family where quarantine classifications are low, then you would be allowed to bring your kids from your residence to the specific area,” paliwanag ni Malaya sa panayam ng ABS-CBN News Channel (ANC).

“But the kids per se are not allowed to go out, even the senior citizens, unless it is to access essential services or if the senior citizens are going to work as part of permitted industries,” ayon pa sa opisyal.

“You know I made sure that I know the answer to that, because my kids are also waiting to be let out into the world, but I was told that that would be at alert level 2,” dagdag pa ni Malaya.
